1. After updating, I still cannot run the new VP version - it only starts in demo mode.

a) It is possible that a code which was issued for an update/upgrade previous to the current update/upgrade has not been entered, yet. Since the new code always refers to the latest status of the license, the hardlock is now lacking the correct information sequence. In this case, please check whether you have forgotten to enter a previously issued code.

When in doubt about your license status, please run ViewLock.exe for a verification. When prompted for a file to save, enter your VP license serial number and mail the resulting .bin file to info @ softelec .com. Wait for further instructions from softelec.

b) The license (hardlock) may have been upgraded on another workstation. Please make sure to run the latest VP software version on each workstation.
