softelec provides a free training and support tool for registered customers and
partners:a) to directly display our desktop on your screen for training, b) to watch your desktop while you explain us your problem! Please call softelec's contact person on the phone (+49-89-158143-0). Then simply save or run NetViewerP.exe (508 KB, as ZIP: 491 KB) by clicking on this link. You will be ask for a session number that we tell you on the phone. After you have input this session number, a window will open on your PC, where you see the desktop of the softelec contact person. That way he can show you certain functions, and train you. If you want to show us your problem, then just click "Show" on the control panel. At any time you can switch back by clicking "Watch" or "Close" the remote desktop session. |
